A brief overview of the home buyers process



Together we will explore your current needs and long-range goals, determine your price range and develop a list of your specific desired and required property features.  I will refer several lenders to you for your pre-approval process.


My goal is to educate you up-front, so you'll always know what is happening and what is expected. We'll review all necessary paperwork, including the sales contract and disclosures; discuss time and performance requirements and inspection procedures, ideally we do this prior to making your offer so that you're prepared to make educated and sound decisions.

Touring Properties

Together we will see a variety of properties to determine your preferences for areas, neighborhoods, style of home, available services, schools, commuting routes, etc. I will connect you to a state of the art alert system,  that will notify you the instant a new listing within your criteria comes on the market.

Strategy for Offers

When we find the home you wish to purchase, we'll determine the value of the property by analysing comparable sales and market conditions. We will plan a strategy for your offer, including the price and terms to ensure your success. You'll be informed as to all of the options available to you, enabling you to make the right decisions.


A tough negotiator is essential to your success. I'm an experienced negotiator and will help you determine which terms of the contract serve you best.  


I will coordinate the entire escrow process, working closely with you, the title/escrow company, the property inspectors, the loan agent, and the listing agent. I'll provide you with a written schedule of events so you'll always know where you are and where you're going. I'll guide you through the property inspections, disclosures, contingency removals and other performance requirements and will refer you to the appropriate property inspectors and other vendors as needed.


You will always be able to reach me when you have questions. I'll stay in close contact with you throughout the entire escrow process. I always carry my mobile phone and have text and email on the phone as well.  In addition I have an excellent fulltime assistant to assist both of us.


Together we will review the closing papers and loan documents and I will be present at the escrow sign-off to answer any questions that you may have.

After You Move In

One of my greatest pleasures is giving you the keys to your new home.  Once you move into your home I will always be available to you should problems arise, or should you need any referrals.  It is my goal to develop a life long relationship with you.
